Maria Pacenza makes dried pasta, sauces, pizzelles, tiramisu, and other Italian specialties, all gluten free and vegan. She will be bringing:  three varieties of pasta – Ashwagandha Fusilli, Lemon Balm Trottole and Turmeric & Black Pepper Casarecce.  She will have samples of her fusilli pasta used in a pasta salad. Also, a limited quantity of Pizzelles.
