A student of Berklee College of Music, she has performed for numerous different events, including weddings, receptions, banquets, expositions, corporate, funerals, etc. In addition, she has previously played at the market.

A recent addition to Philadelphia, they will be bringing European style sourdough bread & sourdough bagels made from Castle Valley Mills flour in Doylestown, PA. The loaf selection includes: Red Winter Sourdough and Rye Sunflower Sourdough. The Sourdough Bagel selection includes: Plain, Cinnamon Raisin, Herb Everything and Pumpkin Spice *NEW*. Also now offering sourdough Pretzels.

Bread: Sourdough, Roasted Garlic, Miche, Multigrain, 7-Grain & Cinnamon Raisin
Baked goods: 4-seed cookies, peanut butter cookies, granola, & honey crisps.
—Saison Millefleur (6.2%) sour – A blend of neutral oak aged saisons with parts up to 13 months old. Conditioned with elderberry blossoms and dry hopped with Saaz. Earthy and has a slight spice mid palate.
—Fera Fortuna (4.4%) – collab beer. Mixed fermentation wild ale, brewed with pilsner and raw wheat, with copious amount of honey added the primary fermentation. A long boil caramelized the wort, deepening the color and adding some Maillard character. Triple pearl hops contribute subtle bitterness and orange blossom notes. Fermented with a blend of Kirk Schllinger’s house culture, resulting in a dry and funky ale with notes of stone fruit, grapefruit pith, and soft, lemon acidity.
—Persica (6.8%) – Blended mixed-culture saison brewed with Pilsner, rye and wheat malts. Conditioned on fruitwood smoked peaches.
They will be bringing freshly-roasted bagged coffee by the pound & half pound, including Rwanda and Sumatra.
